The Parade of Homes is the Charlotte-Desoto Builder Industry Association’s (CDBIA) largest annual, fundraising event where local builders display their model homes for area residents to visit the open houses during this 9-day event. The model homes are a unique and outstanding collection of quality built – luxury residential properties offered in a wide range of price points and settings from gated communities, canal and waterfront, beachfront, golf course sites and family-oriented neighborhoods.
